Estimates and Pricing

Quotes provided online, by telephone, by text message, through photographs, or through other remote communications are estimates based on the information available at that time.

Final pricing may change after an on-site inspection based on the volume, weight, type, location, accessibility, labor requirements, disposal costs, or condition of the items. We will confirm final pricing before beginning work.

Additional charges may apply to unusually heavy materials, difficult access, excessive labor, specialty disposal, demolition, or items not disclosed when the estimate was requested.

Scheduling and Access

Service dates and arrival windows are subject to availability, traffic, weather, equipment, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate service and contact information.

Ensuring that an authorized adult is present or that access has been arranged.

Providing safe and reasonable access to the items.

Identifying the items to be removed.

Securing pets, valuables, and items that should not be removed.

Disclosing known hazards or unsafe conditions.

Ownership and Authorization

By asking us to remove an item, you represent that you own the item or have authority from its owner to authorize its removal. We are not responsible for disputes involving items removed at the direction of a customer or authorized representative.

Items We Cannot Accept

We may refuse hazardous, illegal, unsafe, contaminated, excessively heavy, or otherwise restricted materials. These may include chemicals, fuels, asbestos, medical waste, explosives, pressurized containers, certain paints, and other regulated materials.

Contact us before scheduling if you are uncertain whether we can accept an item.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation, trip, or other fee will be disclosed before it is charged.

We may cancel or reschedule service because of unsafe conditions, severe weather, equipment problems, inaccurate job information, prohibited materials, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Payment

Payment is due according to the terms presented when service is scheduled or completed. You agree to pay the confirmed price and any additional charges you approve before or during service.

Donations, Recycling, and Disposal

We may donate, recycle, transfer, or dispose of collected items when reasonably practical. We cannot guarantee that any particular item will be donated or recycled because acceptance depends on its condition, available facilities, and applicable requirements.

Once an item has been removed and transported, it may not be recoverable.

Text Messages

If you provide your telephone number and opt in to text communications, Junk Battalion may send messages related to estimates, appointments, requested services, customer support, and—if separately authorized—marketing or promotional offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
